Where do I begin with this place... Absolute pathetic excuse for a business. Dropped my car off, was greeted by an older gentleman (mechanic) who took me through the process of the repairs, he was wonderful and polite. Went inside to speak to the receptionist... A wall would've talked to me more politely. As awful as it sounds, she was an incompetent and rude as they come. Got in my taxi and left. Came to pick up my car 4 days later, was greeted by a younger mechanic who looked like he was lost. I asked him a couple of questions. Couldn't give me a straight answer, however I was happy to have my car back and drove off. When I got home, I could see clearly NEW scratches on the outside of my car AS WELL as black marks all over the interior roof of my car. I messaged them, didn't get back to me. Called my insurer, who then demanded they call me. Got a call back from another wonderfully rude employee who had clearly seen the message and pictures I sent him because he brought it up immediately, yet just never replied. He said it wasn't them even though I have picture proof it was them. He proceeded to deny it and told me aggressively 'he wasn't going to fix it'. I have escalated the matter with my insurer. PLEASE if you are with RACV or just want to repair your car, stay the hell away. Only person I felt comfortable being around was the older mechanic who had proper customer service skills and was competent. Would give the rest a 0/5 if I could.

RACV had selected repair hub Richmond as my repairer, first contact was great, no issues at all until the time came to pick up my car.After leaving the shop as I was in a rush I checked over the repairs, and noticed flaws.-Overspray of paint left on my rear panel-Drivers door handle wouldn’t open- Paint chipping where car was repaired- Rear Windscreen wiper was installed out of alignment.I feel like these issues shouldn’t have occurred as they are the basics of panel beating.After complaining to RACV, went back for them to rectify the repairs, paint is chipping yet again and the door handle still isn’t working correctly.After this ordeal I’m taking my car elsewhere so it can be repaired to the standard that is expected.

After an altercation with a pillar in an underground car park, I took my car to Repairhub in Richmond. Mike and his team were great to deal with and the repair process was smooth and on time. They arranged transport to the car hire premises, kept me informed of progress at every stage and the finished result was perfect. You cannot see where the damage was.When I picked the car up, it had been cleaned thoroughly and was ready and waiting. I am more than happy with the service at Repairhub and with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Repairhub.

Someone ran into the back of our car at traffic lights. We had a body repair done previously at Repairhub Richmond, so we chose them again when offered by RACV insurance. It took a couple of weeks to get an inspection time, but I think I know why - they provide REALLY great service, hence they are in demand and really busy. When I arrived at the inspection time, a mechanic was waiting for me. It took less than 5 minutes for him to inspect the car, tell me that the rear bumper needed replacing and for me to book a day/time (needed the car after the inspection). When I arrived for the repair to commence, they offered me a rental car (RACV insurance covers this) and said it would probably take 3 days for the replacement of the rear bumper. 25.5 hours later, they rang to say that our car was ready to pick up! Talk about exceeding expectations. The rear bumper was repaired, the car was cleaned inside and out. I can't fault the service here.

My daughter took her car there following a rear end collision. They told her to take it to another repairer because they (apparently) only do minor repairs. It was a low speed rear end collision, the bumper was dinged and the boot would not close, if that's not minor, don't know what is. Waste of space these people.It gets better. My daughter was told by your office that Repair Hub Richmond would be in contact within 5 business days to advise which repair shop could carry out this work. That was weeks ago, nothing heard from you. Slack

RACV customer sent to repair hub Richmond to fix my car. Took car for review and was told it would take about a week to fix and to book in next available. Was able to bring car in the following week. Was kept updated via text of stages of car being completed. Car was ready on time, damages fixed and given back squeaky clean!

Excellent service from initial contact right through to repairs and collection. They did everything they said they would do and it was a seamless experience from beginning to end. Said they required car for three days but repairs finished ahead of schedule. Professional team in every regard.
