We had a wonderfully positive experience with Coastal Critter Carriers. They transported our new pup from the breeder's house to ours with care. They even went out of their way to cater to our hope of avoiding an overnight stay for her and managed to find a way to get her to us before bedtime! Amazing! Our puppy arrived after the long trip in surprisingly good spirits and settled quickly, only proving to us further what special care was taken with her.Excellent communication from Kay throughout all the planning and travel. Very affordable too!We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this wonderful service from Coastal Critter Couriers to anyone.

10/10 service!!with flights being cancelled for our pup we somehow had to get him from Coffs harbour to Sydney to get on his flight to Perth.coastal critter carriers got him with very little notice , and even boarded him for a few days, keeping us updated and sending photos :)and once animal flight company ( Aero pets ) who organised our flights forgot his crate at the airport, they even contacted them and organised a new one!our Siberian Husky pup Nismo arrived happy & well looked afterThankyouuu so much guys, you're literally life savers and i knew my puppy was in safe hands!

Absolutely wonderful service, we got our Burmese kitten transported by them yesterday and he arrived safe, sound and happy, Kay was wonderful keeping me updated on his long journey. Highly recommendThank you from Ashlee and Darren and now Gavin lol

We used CCC to get our little 2 yr old cavalier King Charles up to the Sunny Coast from Sydney over the Xmas and NY period. CCC were the only transport operating during this period and they were incredibly helpful and responsive!! They picked our pup up from our front door and safely got her to the Sunny Coast.Kay was very helpful via email and text. We were sent text updates before collection and drop off.One thing I’d like to see on the website is a bit more info about the journey eg. Photos of where the dogs sleep, how often they’re given breaks etc.Would highly recommend!!

Kay and her husband helped my charity and brought a beautiful cat from Kempsey Pound to North Sydney. Kiki was in a very spacious crate and they did everything to make her feel comfortable. Came on time and provided regular updates. Would recommend :)

Karen was fantastic from day 1. In the middle of Corona Lockdown where impossible to get pet transport by air - 6 week +++ wait if lucky. We were fortunate that they were on their way from Queensland so could pick up our new puppy from Dubbo and deliver her to Mornington. It was a long trip, they stop every 2 hours to check the dogs. Communication was excellent the whole way. Chandie arrived safe and clean. Would recommend. Just be aware it is transport by road so it is a long trip.

Im ridiculously late leaving this review.Ive used this business several times for my dog and each time have always been met with a smiling face. Always polite very professional each time. My dog is always very comfortable around kay and if my dog is comfortable around someone then that realy shows that person is to be trusted.
