I visited the store on Saturday afternoon to exchange a school bag I brought 2 weeks ago. As the zipper part had come off. I had called up on Friday and spoke to lovely lady who asked me to return the bag back to the store in exchange for another bag as it would have been deemed defected and I also had the receiptOn visiting the store on Saturday I was unfortunately confronted by another lady who was rude and loud and intimidating. She immediately took the bag from my hand and started to search some plastics for a spare zip to fix it. The zip didn't even belong to the original bag. On pointing it out she went angrily to get another bag and then grabbed the receipt and started to interrogate me if I broke the zip or the zip was not there from the start.It's under my legal rights to exchange the bag because I only purchased it two weeks ago and zips should never break in two weeks...however the lady at the counter on Saturday afternoon was rude and intimidating with a loud tone. It's not like she's loosing money and she's the owner of the business she's only an employee and need to be told to treat people who come. In for an exchange well.If Smiggle you are reading this review please notify and train the lady on Saturday afternoon accordingly. To be polite and nice . I spent $100 on the school bag I deserve to be treated better

My granddaughter loved her visit. So many choices of products. Staff were lovely.

Extremely overpriced stationery, but its good quality and i can see ambitious kids getting psyched about buying stationery from there. Not sure how long there business model will last but i like there high quality products and I've purchased a few items there for some little ones

My wife visited the store today to buy water bottle and the staff at the counter was very loud and rude. She need to work on customer service skills.

Shop is very small ,not enough space to stand even one person and one lady in the customer service was very rude. Even the billing, i was waiting there fore minutes there is three or four staff members around didn't come and assit us. Sorry about that i never written a comment like this any where.But it hurt my mind because my kids was with me . Thanks

This is my first time writing the review because the staff’s attitude is just horrible. She looks very impatient and annoyed when I ask her about the price of a bag. The shop is very crowded with their stuffs, and I accidentally bumped a bag on the floor. She looked at the bag and me appeared very annoyed despite I placed it back on the stand. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable to shop there. Would never go there again.

My daughter likes it not me, everything was good though. I just find it boring, you know coz I’m a man and all that’s all

Shop has little space inside and if you have a trolley or pram, might be best to leave it out. Great range of products, prices matches the online store specials. Can feel under-staffed especially on weekends and pre-school starts. A lot of items can be seen over-priced, they sells their brand together with the products. Kids always find something else at checkout just because of how these items are purposely placed there.

Very poor customer service. The one who served me was very rude. No patience on my questions. I was waitting in front counter for few minutes. She saw me waitting but she was doing sth with items that i was touched.....
