Greencross Vets Oxenford

Today was the first time my puppy Bella visited Greencross Vets in Oxenford. My partner took her in and he said that it was the best experience he has ever had at a Vet. Other Vet Clinics have not been much help at all in the past. Thank-you so much for making Bella's experience a good one :)

Colleen was so loving to my 2 dogs. My first visit to them after moving down from Cairns. They had Bella's records from her last vet. I tend to chat alot she was patient and answered all my questions.

Ollie is the best Vet ever to have worked at Greencross Oxenford and we have been going there before it was owned by Greencross, for the past 23 years, that is a lot of vets we have seen and a lot of money spent on the care of my dogs. Ollie deserves a top drawer salary ... Please pay him lot's of money so he will never leave.Ollie treats every animal that comes his way, like his own. He is a rare human, a good human and a very kind man. I wish there were more Ollie's in the world.I feel very safe bringing my two precious dogs - Ruby and Scoobee to Ollie, I know he has a wide knowledge of all things veterinary and he has been correct in his treatment for what has been unusual medical complaints they have had every time thus far. Give him a medal, he deserves one.The nurses at Greencross Oxenford are wonderful and extremely caring. They are professional and approachable and this shows from all the way from the operating room to the front desk. Greencross are very lucky to have this team, they too deserve better pay. Do you know they earn less than a person that works in a bar? Come on Greencross, how long did they study at University to be paid such low wages. It's astounding. Fair pay for fair work.Greencross Management please take care of your staff. Don't make the mistake there will always be someone to replace them ... This is a highly skilled team. The staff here are absolutely lovely and you can really tell they enjoy their job and all the fur babies that come in. The receptionist alone was extremely welcoming and brightened your day. The advice was also very helpful and we didn’t have to wait long at all before we were seen. Love this vet!

Not having much luck with this place.Our dog had internal pain and wasn't eating. Greencross found no major issues.(minor intestinal blockage) Their communication with the owners on the day was atrocious. We needed to ring them 2 hrs after they said they would update us.Our vet diagnosed,dislocated shoulder, crushed vertebrae and probable lung cancer. He is now pain free thanks to our vet.Hopefully out pet's will stop getting sick on our vets day off. Owen you're awesome.

Our regular vet was unable to fit our very sick dog in (he had injested something he should not have), so Greencross Vets at Oxenford was recommended by our neighbour (who just happens to be a vet also). I rang them in a panic and they were amazing! I was able to bring my puppy in straight away. He saw a vet immediately who then accessed him and I was given an estimate of cost along with a plan of attack. Buddy was admitted for the day, given fluids amongst other tests and I was updated along the way. Luckily, we were able to pick him up later that afternoon and he was 80% better and was back to his puppy self within 24 hours. The empathy that the clinic (all staff) showed really stood out to me. I would highly recommend Greencross Vets Oxenford.

Exceptional care in a clean and tidy enviroment, warm and friendly service. The Vet called me to keep me informed, our dogs did not tremble like they did at other vets highly recommended if you want your fur babies treated with tender loving care

This Vet surgery is the best I have been to in a long time. They are caring, very informative and wonderful with the animals they treat. I can highly recommend them.

Such a great team. Very friendly and professional.We got all answers from vets and other staff members even though we had lots of questions, happy.Also our puppy did not get any stress while the visit, seems like she enjoyed the visit.
