Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

Had a screen door installed by wynstan Dandenong by someone who knowingly installed it wrong and incomplete and have had so many problems with the door since, including safety issues and injuries. I have had someone come out 6 times since initial install and still doesn’t open properly.Terrible customer service!!! I have been waiting for a call back for 3 months and have left multiple messages and emails, with nil response, despite them stating they would fix the issue.

Andrew was very polite and courteous. Did a quick, clean and very thorough job, answered all my queries.

Ordered the door and was told that it would be made and installed in 8 weeks which i was fine with. When the door came it was too tall and the width was too short. They told us it would take 2 weeks to modify the door which it didn’t… it took 7 weeks for then the installer to call up sick an hour before the install which I had already taken the day off again which I missed out on work. I called up to try and get a refund at this stage as there was no way I was gonna wait even longer which I was met with one of the rudest customer service representatives that told me that a refund was out of the question. I’ve read other reviews and it seems like this is a common issue with them and they actually do give out refunds. It was installed today and the quality of the $1400 screen door was rubbish. The locking mechanism can be seen from the outside meaning with the right tools someone could get in. There is a 4cm gap on the bottom of the door which literally means the door is useless. The places where the door was put together there are gaps. Really could have saved a lot of my time and money going somewhere else. Please read reviews on this company and make your own decision when purchasing from them.

Wynstan were fantastic from quote to installation. Nick, who installed our shutters, was awesome! Very professional and provided an outstanding finished product.

Andrew was pleasant, helpful and professional. The door is of good quality and the are very happy with the results. The delay between being informed of receipt of the door and the installation was the only bad note.

The customer service team at the showroom were result helpful whenever I called.Rick and Andrew were both super helpful and knowledgeable and were also professional and punctual. The blinds are exactly what we wanted.
