The technician, Hussein is very polite and thorough to his words. He explained everything about the defect of our fridge. He showed concern not only to the parts that needed to be replaced but also to the cost that we are going to invest in the new parts to fix the problem.I would highly recommend Hussein as a very true in his words and so affectionate to his clients.

Hussain is very professional. He reached on time and kept me informed about any delays.. Very reasonable for the quality service and professional Advise been offered. I Had an issue with my hisense fridge as it was not fully functioning to cool. He explained why it usually occurs and just advised me to keep the doors open for with fridge power turned off for 24-36 hours.. So I did and surprisingly he even followed up the next day to enquire if I did the same and whether it resolved the problem or not. Highly recommend.
