Server named Sera was rude and unhelpful when we asked for assistance in placing our order she refused. Our self check out machine needed a store log in for every second item for no apparent reason.the store was a mess and clearly needs someone fixing up the shelves but most of all the server Sera was horrible

This is honestly the dirtiest, disorganised Kmart I’ve ever been into. The staff seem nice enough (when you can eventually find someone) but I literally avoid it at all costs

Absolutely pathetic store. They don’t have stock on half their shelves and they don’t employee enough people to make the store run efficiently.I shouldn’t have to wait over 5mins in a self serve checkout for you to come and approve my items because theres only 1 employee and she decided to open a register and start serving people.When there is only 1 employee in your register area, she should not be allowed to open a register and start serving customers. Her job is to assist in self service.And if so many customers are demanding that they don’t serve themselves, then perhaps, you SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO SERVE PEOPLE BECAUSE THATS THE POINT OF A RETAIL STORE. TO GO IN, PURCHASE GOODS AND BE SERVED BY AN ACTUAL PERSON.The way I’m going to boycott every large company.

Terrible experience walked in with my two year old and she didn't even offer me a trolley told me to go get money out and change it for coins terrible customer service!

This is to the workers who check people out at the registers. If someone buys clothing, please don’t wad it up and throw it into the bag. This is disrespectful and sloppy service. I understand items are cheaper, but I paid $80 for jeans, shoes, a top, and cardigan. The woman who waited on me took the top and literally waded it up before throwing it into the bag.It cheapens the store even further because employees treat it like rubbish.Again, it’s just an example of below standard, sloppy service.Normally I go to self checkout for this very reason, but today the line led me to her.I can barely stand shopping much anymore because things are so expensive and the experience, like today, gets on my nerves.Please treat customers and their items with respect.

Kmart at Watergardens, is very big in size and variety, offering almost everything a shopper needs, from Home Appliances, Tech, Mens wear, Womens wear, Kids wear, Work Wear, Sports and Outdoor etc etc etc (too many to name).The Staff are helpful and friendly.

Went there yesterday workers were very rude especially about trolleys the place was an absolute mess stuff everywhere on floors things in wrong places price tags also in the wrong place so overall just a mess . Don't recommend this kmart unless you wanna be spoken rudely too.
