I wish there was a 6 star rating! Our 9yr heat pump hot water developed a massive leak and we decided to replace it with an electric model as we were never impressed with it from day 1. Ryan at Top to Bottom made the process stress free with a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers that I received quotes from. Travis and his side kick were on time, professional and the end result was great. The sparky that Ryan organised was great as well and reset the timer we have in a couple of seconds as we like the heater to run at peak solar hours. The best thing is that we now have decent hot water coming out of our taps which we never had with the heat pump. It is also very quick to reheat. I would not hesitate to get these guys in for any plumbing problems. One extremely happy customer.

Had a main burst, they came out within a few hours. Had to wait for approval from the landlord, but they fixed it within 2 days without digging up the driveway. Very happy. Great communication from the team and was advised of what was happening.

Apart from the wait to get the job done I am very happy with the completion. The tradies turn up when they said they would and the job was done with 2.5 hours. The work experience young lady was also conscientious in her duties. The resultant of the job and the installation of the insulation made a marked change in the temperature of my shed. Very pleased with the outcome.

We needed our hot water system replaced and were given ridiculous quotes from other businesses. These guys gave us a reasonable price and were out quickly to replace it. There was a minor problem where we had no hot water for the weekend (my fault for not calling earlier) but they came straight away to fix it. Will be using them for any plumbing needs in future.

After arriving at my newly purchased apartment for the first time yesterday, and with only a few days to sort out any issues, I found that the toilet in the ensuite had a leak. I contacted Top to Bottom Plumbing at 2pm, and half an hour later they confirmed a plumber was on his way.Not only did he do the initial job he was sent out for, but when I mentioned I would get them back to replace the toilet seats on my return to Townsville next month, he said he had spares in the truck, so he replaced two sets while there.I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them for any future plumbing work.
