Nice place, great location. Pool is average but I believe they are talking about doing some work on it. Pretty expensive real estate but that's the price to live on the river.

If you are looking at renting or buying please be aware of the constant and extreme ongoing noise due to numerous unit owners renovating in this complex.If you don't like noise, rent or buy at your own risk. Or look elsewhere.
