What a great store and staff very helpful, even taking down the last tree from the display with a shop full of customers. I also bought some xmas ornaments and my home xmas display is beautiful and differentI highly recommend visiting the store. There is something for everyone.

We were regulars at this store. During our most recent visit, we saw a piece of furniture that we really liked but had to place on order which was fine. When it finally arrived at their mittagong store, we got it back home and upon closer inspection we realised that the quality was not as good as the display versions we had seen. Based on the vibe we got from the person in charge and practical challenges, we decided to not complain despite us being given something that was visually lesser quality than the display versions we had seen in store. Lesson learned - when putting something on order, don't assume you will get the same quality as you see in the store. Check the item very closely before taking it home.RESPONSE to OWNER: We live over an hr away from Mittagong and the item is very bulky to transport so your suggestion that we load it and drive it all the way back there for an exchange is not a reasonable one for our situation.
