Food&Co has great environment and some of the staffs were really great. But on 2 November around 2:37pm I went there, there was literally 4 customers sitting and dining in. I looked around for while then one lady walked in, didnot say Hi ! Or gave a smile neither she asked my order what would you like? So I asked Can you make one regular latte with one sugar. She had a grumpy faced while taking my order but I didnot care. I placed my order for a coffee and sat on the table.I thought its gonna be like before that they gonna serve like they always do. But I waited for 10 minutes and went in there asked barista I havenot got my coffee. Then he told me he have not seen someone taking my order, literally I was standing there. I dont know they didnot communicate or write my order on the cap. So, when I showed barista that I gave my order to this lady. She denied and said I havenot seen you and I didnot took your order. I was surprised and told her do you want me to show you then I showed her the transaction, she was like OOhh but instead of saying sorry she again told me in rude voice that I have so many customers I cannot remember. It was just 10 mins before and the cafe was literally dead expect than their staff and 4-5 customers. I said why are being rude … she again replied I am not being rude gal and went inside. I so confused about the situation that occured and no wonder why I got treated like that and scolded by the staff who is supposed to put my order correctly and bring it to the table ?!?

Noticed a change of staff, serving sizes are smaller. I bought two meals, one to eat now and the other to eat later, after eating the small serving I ended up eating the second meal I bought that I was meant to have for later.Usually i would get two sides but they only gave me a few veggie pieces.Asked for a beverage from the menu and the barista didn’t know how to make it or what it was.

This place used to be SO amazing! However it recently changed staff and now it’s really really bad, I got a coffee the other day and it was undrinkable, like it was so so awful. My friend got a bagel with cream cheese and they literally did not toast it OR put any cream cheese on it. I’m just really upset because it used to be such a great cafe and now it’s just so bad.

Great selection of delicious healthy food, wonderful bright atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating and friendliest staff. Look forward to lunch here everyday!

My go to place everytime I crave caffeine. Beautiful ambiance and friendly staff.
