Great customer service!!!! The sales ladies gave the professional recommendations and helped me to choose an excellent birthday gift for my mother-in-law. She loves it!!! Definitely will go back for my own one.

I was in the QVB this past week to shop.I was shopping for a gift. I was so happy to have a positive shopping experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and offered me various options on what I was looking for and ended up making a purchase.

Very rude customer service and unprofessional attitude from the old asian lady. Expected me to pack my the bag I bought, did not even leave the receipt in an envelope like other stores. Was so rude when I asked her to put back the other bags.

I ordered a bag from the store in QVB and waited for 8 weeks, no one has contacted me about my bag, I forgot about it and only remembered when I went through my emails. It took me ages to get someone pick up the phone then she said it was the staff’s mistake that didn’t explain to me in the beginning that the bag was gonna send to the store instead of my address. Then she went to asked her manager then hang up on me, took me ages to contact the store again then found out Natasha went to lunch (maybe that’s why my phone got hang up) then someone SUPPOSED to contact me. My bag has been at the store for a few weeks and obviously no one cared and now I have to pay extra to be delivered to my address. Terrible experience with this and definitely will spread words around

Extremely unpleasant experience in this store. When being asked “are you looking for sth in particular” , I replied “just having a browse”. The sales assistant then rolled up her eyeballs and walked away. The rudest sales I’ve ever seen.

Miranda from Longchamp QVB shop was amazing. She was friendly, helpful and professional throughout during the refund process. The best person I have ever dealt with in my shopping experience. Thankyou

Today I went to The Longchammp at shop39 ground floor QVB for buy some bag. I met some staff she name Andia ( wearing eye glasses ) she felt tired to service and not police with me. I thought she wouldn't to be staff at the shop. I'm not feel good I'm not happy if she doesn't change behavior or the way her service I won't come anymore. I gonna tell my friend too or I wil write review and put one star for service.Thank you

Terrible customer service, looking for specific products only to get told off that its limited edition rudely by the staff. Would've purchased other items but i guess I'll go elsewhere

The Korean lady who was helping me was really bothered when I wanted to try just three bags. When I wanted to compare three sizes, she showed me two then she just pointed at the one that was displayed and told me, that is the one.She could have been more helpful. Ended up buying one anyway but their service could be better.
