A conveniently located family run Pharmacy on the Kingsway in Caringbah that provides excellent customer service. The proprietors are extremely helpful and are always friendly and welcoming. They have been in Caringbah as long as I can remember. Highly recommended.

Hi TammyIt's disappointing to hear of your experience. We strive to serve all our customers with respect and common courtesy whether they are waiting for a prescription or utilising our Justice of the Peace services. We have been in business since 1946 and ensure one or more of our staff members are available to serve the local community most days, free of charge. As we are a pharmacy, an appointment system is in place to avoid long delays. As the majority of the community appreciate our JP's we will continue to offer the service, but will look into how we can improve our customer experience further. Thank you for your feedback.

Sadly I needed to use this service today but after entering the shop and asking for JP services Jennifer told me for at least 5 minutes that she donated her lunch hour for this service between 1.30 and 2.30 and I should come back then. The shop was empty and in that time she could have signed my document and I would have bought something in her shop to supplement her service. Perhaps a time on the signboard she has outside her shop would be helpful to advise the public of the JP hours. That could save her hours instead of having to tell people her working practices. Don't offer a free service if you have to make people beg to use it. Very unhelpful Pharmacist...

Got JP services a few times few months ago, i had to wait a few times, but its understandable i am pleased with the free service. Your public service is very much appreciated.
