I first met Glenn when I needed a pre-purchase pest inspection. He is knowledgeable and explains clearly what is needed for preventative care. A year in, after clearing out the garden and tidying things up, I engaged him again to install termite baits and rodent stations. He's passionate about his work and listens well to the client's needs. Highly recommended!

When I called Glenn in the very first call I realised he is very friendly, helpful and professional. I have used GT twice until now and both the times the suggestions given were perfect. He provided detailed report along with pictures supporting each detail mentioned and explained everything to me on call. He was always available and worked to finish everything on time. I remember once I hardly gave 2-3 days but Glenn managed everything and completed even big report on time. Thanks a lot Glenn. Highly recommend him!

I rang GT Pest Professionals because of a real problem with rats and mice, they were here within 2 days with rat/mice stations that have been set for all year round and the mice have already started to disappear their customer service is second to none very professional i highly recommend them i look forward to their services every year from now on.
