Nutrition Industries Shepparton

Do not order from nutrition industries! Ordered 2 tubs of protein, one expiring in 2 months time, and the other not having an expiry sticker, which I realised after I opened it and an overwhelming smell of fish came from the tub (clearly had expired and the sticker was removed) Contacted nutrition industries a few times before finally receiving a response and sent the protein back. Had to then contact them numerous amounts of times before they replied, and told me the smells are a “personal interpretation” and to their understanding the protein was fine. So unless they have a blocked nose, I’m unsure how they could deem that product “fine” and edible.My partner emailed every week, and had no response. 6 weeks passed where nutrition industries had the product still, with no resolution or reply, and it was then we filed a dispute with Afterpay we received a response the following day.Poor customer service.Poor quality products.There are so many other supplement shops out there I would recommend using these guys NEVER!

Friendly staff and cheap meals with great macros to make tracking easy at only $8 a meal the variety is great.Felt very welcomed and a friendly chat.Will buy again :)

This is my go to place whenever I need anything nutrition related. The staff are so knowledgeable in their products, and all of their recommendations have become my new favourite. Very high quality stuff and for reasonable prices!

An alright store to buy nutrition stuff in Shepparton. There wasn't really a lot of the powder I wanted or a sample size go try and buy more or less. Furthermore there's not really an incentive for repeat customers to come back.The service staff was decent and they did have some variety so it's relatively average.

Friendly and obliging. Well stocked store.
