I found the purchase of my property with Benchmark Lawyers to be difficult. I found that all my interactions were confusing, unclear and very disorganised. I couldn't get a clear explanation or direction from the office on any of the key milestones of the settlement. I had to chase for details, request confirmations and had to make my way to the office on numerous occasions to keep the settlement on track. I had to do my own investigations and research to understand the process as I was not able to get this information from the office directly. I would not recommend this office for property purchases.
