Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the genuine and warm greeting when I walked in, to the care and professionalism I experienced throughout the treatment - I cannot recommend Mankind more highly. Finally, something that makes Mankind stand out from others is the way in which they talk you through their products and recommendations for you. In every single other place that I have been to, they have left a sour taste in my mouth when they push their products on you so aggressively. At Mankind, they talk you through their suggestions with no expectation of purchase, and even provided me with free samples to try them for myself and purchase them elsewhere. They care about you, and not about the up-sell. 10/10. A++Cannot wait to go back!

This was my first visit to MK for a facial & I had the amazing Maria. I don’t usually enjoy facials. Maria has firm hands and really put her heart & soul into it, I felt relaxed & refreshed! -so yes you may have converted me to have another ……..

I had a remedial massage with Marcus and it was truly one of the best massages I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot. I work at a desk all day so my shoulders, neck and lower back needed some attention. I’ll definitely be back as I felt amazing the days afterwards.

You always feel a million dollars after a treatment with Sandy. She is brilliant at what she does and makes sure everything is perfect. She always provides advice when it’s needed and applies the best face treatment based on her skin assessment.

Arrival was nice, quite a noisy setting with people chatting inside and noise from the street, not the best start to have prior to a treatment.quite a small treatment room and the music was way too loud and not very well curated for a treatment. Was never asked if the temperature in the room was comfortable or the volume of music. I assume it was loud as they were trying to block out all the noise pollution from outside.prep was not great never asked if I have sensitive skin or if I wanted oil or cream through my hair, lucky I did not mind but normally you would I ask this before beginning.Noisy outside most of the time with staff chatting (this is an easy fix) but note to self, tell your staff to be quieter.Maria did ask about the flow and said she would extend shoulder massage as I did not want nails or feet worked on as part of my package. The treatment itself was good thank you, but it finished 15min early and it all finished quite abruptly.Would I pay again? No, it is over priced, I guess due to location, for the pleasure of being in Surry Hills. Please improve your arrival experience, room prep, noise levels and pricing to make it more in line with the product and service you offer.
