A Divine Delight!We have been Talk Coffee lovers for over two years, and we will never look back.First and foremost, Chris’ passion for coffee and his coffee machines is evident in every interaction. He is one of the few left in the industry that does not sacrifice quality over quantity.The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of his business, and it’s not often that you get to deal directly with the owner in every step of the transaction.The flavour profile of his coffee is simply exquisite. Having tried a variety if his blends I am always astounded at how beautiful the aromas come through in every cup.In addition to the remarkable coffee itself, Chris also offered his time to guide us through the coffee making process to get the best results (and at no charge!)He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to coffee machinery and shares that knowledge with his clients freely, something he could easily charge for!If you are a coffee lover searching for a transcendent coffee experience or looking to invest in a quality piece of machinery, I wholeheartedly recommend exploring the offerings from Talk Coffee.

I bought an espresso machine, grinder and accessories from Talk Coffee. Chris was incredibly patient with my questions and he was very generous with his time and knowledge. Even though he was quite busy he went through every step with me about how to make a coffee and look after the equipment. I definitely recommend Talk Coffee!

I've purchased several items from Talk Coffee over the past 15 years and I've always fround Chris to be really helpful and knowledgable.He has shown the utmost integrity by recommending items to me that fit my needs, but he didn't have them for sale. He has also recommended that I didn't buy something from him which I was interested in, but after listening to me, he suggested that it didn't fit my needs. That cost him a sale, but gained him a loyal customer.

I cannot recommend Chris at Talk Coffee highly enough. Chris is absolutely passionate and extremely knowledgeable about coffee and fit for purpose, quality kit.I have made two purchases from Chris over the last 6 years, both were seamless and left me much more knowledgeable than when i walked in.Most recently, Chris spent a lot of time working in with what i wanted and to absolutely no benefit to himself, ended up recommending a machine that he did not stock (it was 40 years old)That is going above and beyond for your customers right there in my books!Thanks mate!

Chris is the Yoda of coffee. He roasts the most delicious blends and backs it up with product knowledge and industry experience that is top rate. I have been a happy customer for 20 years, having bought coffee machines, grinders, gadgets and tons of roasted coffee. On many occasions Chris goes over and above to ensure happy customers and that you know exactly what you should be doing. Occasionally, I buy my coffee elsewhere and usually I regret it.

We have been country customers of Talk Coffee for many years now and it has ALWAYS been a pleasure to deal with Chris. We have purchased 2 machines and a grinder in that time and sent others his way, we couldn't be happier! Chris is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. We regularly purchase our beans online and they arrive promptly (local post office hates us 'cos it always smells so good when our coffee is ready to be picked up) It's the best coffee - no other coffee compares! Horrible customer service. Think before you buy!My flatmate purchased a Cremina machine from Talk Coffee, which quoted her a delivery fee that she agreed to pay in full. Unfortunately, Talk Coffee did not provide the delivery company with our address and did not allow for pick-up, resulting in an extra charge for shipping to our location due to their mistake. They then passed on this unquoted extra charge to us without proper communication or consideration for their own error. This is unacceptable and the conversation with the owner was horrible; he was rude, lacked empathy and was not helpful. He then threatened to void our warranty over delivery fees? Overall, I would NOT recommend dealing with Talk Coffee due to their horrible customer service.P.S. Just read the low-rating reviews, as that's the level of customer service you will receive.

There's nothing better than fresh roasted coffee in the morning, made on your own machine (Nurri - love it) and by yourself. I can speak highly of Chris at Talkcoffee, having purchased many machines over many years, even interstate makes no difference. His invaluable and honest guidance on all things coffee will set you straight for years. There are many fly by night wannabe coffee places, Chris has seen them all and repaired their failings. If your serious about your coffee regardless of budget, all things coffee speak to Chris.
