Ordered some flowers through Direct2florist for my mothers birthday. Flowers were nice and fresh bu I did upgrade to the large bunch and when it arrived it looked like it could have been an extra small. Couple of gerbras thrown In but it was mainly leaves. I was so disappointed and was quite embarrassed to even give these flowers to her. I could’ve gotten more for less if I had done it myself. For reference, I paid $90 for this. Will not be repurchasing.

Walked in this store a few times. Bought flowers before. Beautiful flowers but I have never been greated. Not very friendly wont be returning.Edit - actually I walked into your store multiple times and your staff literally glared. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back another time but the same thing happened. Although your aggressive response has summed up exactly the service you seem to provide.

Wendy arranged the flowers for my father’s recent funeral, and they were breathtaking. She considered and factored in all of our requests, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and beautiful tribute to our father. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Flowers delivered Thursday pm, today Tuesday morning , all but 5 of 12 flowers have survived, in all 12 flowers in the bunch and 16 stalks of some sort of green leaves, so disappointing as was a gift from family member to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary

Overpriced, would go so far as to say a rip off. Paying premium for an average service.New to neighbourhood and was looking for a new florist to go to for events and bouquets. Charged an absolute bomb. Will not go back.

What an amazing florist. From the moment you walk in the staff and owner are friendly and very helpful. I love getting my fresh bunches of flowers each fortnight and especially love the gift idea's.

This is referred to by some of us locals as the most expensive florist in Sydney.Im not going to say their flowers aren't beautiful but gosh they are over priced.Most of us don't have an issue paying a little more for quality/support small business etc but the service here is absolutely terrible, staff are rude/blunt, you'll never be greeted with a warm friendly hello, and if you don't spend big dont expect any pleasantries. Read the owners responses to negative feedback and youll get an idea of what we mean.I have purchased a few times over the years mainly as I was desperate, heading somewhere needing a last minute gift. But after the service I received last week I won't be heading back again.
