First class service. Broken down in Iveco motor home far from home.Replacing of turbo required. Amanda and team went above and beyond to get my in-laws back in the road. Parts freighted on and work prioritised to help them get home.Thank you Wideland. Amazing service! Incredibly appreciated!

My husband brought a $40000 truck from Wideland group, he was so excited and it being a big company he was brought to believe that the truck was going to be a asset. After one month of having the truck he has driven it three times and each time it was towed to the mechanics. It has been in the mechanics for weeks now because we didn’t have the thousands of dollars to fix what was broken before we brought it. We contacted Wideland and they refused any responsibility for the previous damages and claim that what was damaged wasn’t damaged prior to being sold than sent us on our way. They are unable to send any previous log book history and even mechanical reports done by themselves before sold. Whats ridiculous is that what was damaged takes time to damage and could not have been damaged in the three times it’s been driven. They also claimed to have driven it from Rockhampton, yet when my husband picked it up the kms were the same in the photos advertised. The evidence speaks for itself, and so do our mechanics. Wideland group sold us a liability. And we will never make this same mistake (spending thousands of dollars) trusting a big company like this again.
