The ladies at the front desk Leanne and Chelsea have amazing customer service. I only was after one window and coming to them at a very busy time for quotes they still dealt with my small order very professionally and were so nice each time I talked to them.The quote came back cheaper than others but even if it didn’t I would have gone with G.James solely for the fact of their customer service.

Our builder is hoping to use these guys for our renovation. We called in late in their last day before breaking for Christmas yet were so patient, friendly and helpful. Thanks ever so much to those people who chatted us through the windows. Hope you all had a good break.

Went in looking for some window parts and was told they had not made those type for over 40 years. Funny how in early 90s i built my house as i am a carpenter and used those type of windows. She wouldnt even give advise or try to be helpful. Went to another company and the lady was so helpful and told us she had some that were a bit different and advised where else we could get the real parts.. Customer service needs attention me thinks.

One of our windows made were centimetres off our ordered measurements, meaning our builder had to resize the frames, that wasn't great workmanship.... Also if you live rural or have lots of bugs around don't use their fly screens, the bugs walk straight through the joins! At the moment l am looking at about 200 beetles on my ceiling, hopeless, so we have lovely big sliding doors and need to keep the glass shut in summer to keep all the bugs out, dissapointed.

Ordered some Commercial doors from GJames, Maroochydore only to be given a finish date which has come and gone with very poor communication and empty promises. We booked the job in with clients on around the completion date given to us only to be let down. Wouldn't use them again if they were the only place open.
