Purchased copha to make Christmas goodies. Don't know what you have done to recipe but copha wouldn't stay firm!! So white Christmas can't be given as gifts as it melts as soon as removed from fridge.

The 1st time we went there, albeit not cheap we loved it! Food was great had mussels, rendang and other dishes. With a Mornington pale ale and prosecco to complete all. So $$$ were well spent. Unfortunately in the 2 subsequent visits it was not quite the same and disappointing, it relegated this place to one we would probably not visit anymore. Quantity and quality simply had disappeared with our favorite dish...Restaurants must be consistent in this competitive environment. There are plenty of choices for customers. Will C
