Amazing staff, so friendly. They did a great job on me and my 9 year old daughter. We both had shellac pedicures and my daughter had a manicureTbey went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and gave her a full service at children's price! My go to nail salon, very professional.

The best place in Canberra. My last acrylic set from Cloud 9 lasted 5 weeks - NO LIFTING - before I got an infill. Got my infill today here and still the same great quality and attention to detail. It’s not fair to give these guys a bad review because you had to wait - first world problems AND they’re worth the wait! xx

I got a Acrylic nails, the service was quick which I liked and they looked good but nails two days later started to chip and the paint came off, now I understand these things can happen and it might be a one off time so I went back to get my nails fixed however I have gone back three times and the same thing has happened. I don’t have a job or do anything in my spare that is physical on my hands so this should not be happening. I will not be returning to this service

The lady with the glasses and short hair always does an amazing job with my nails, she takes her time to make sure every line is precise and accurate to my reference photo, i honestly love her! Highly recommend thisplace :)

Communication and wait times are terrible. On two occasions I have waited 50+ minutes after being told to sit down, won’t be happening again. Pedicures are good, depending on the person. Shellac pedicure was rushed through, may as well painted my own nails at home.

I came today with my niece, the ladies were so lovely & friendly. The massage chairs were perfect, not too hard & they made a real effort to address the dry skin on my heels.
