From the initial consultation to the delivery we had a seamless experience. They knew their products and suggestions took the stress out of what to choose. Everything hired was delivered on time and in good condition and the deliver men were accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend if you want price, variety of products and service to be effortless.

I highly recommend using this company for all your party and occasion hire. The staff were very helpful and tentative.

Their work was nice, however be prepared to micro-manage. Delivery drivers dumped the items in my living room and loaded the truck to leave. I made them come back to set up properly. Also, the staff aren't very professional when you speak to them, quality of the props are old and damaged (i asked for a clear plinth that wasn't scratched up and they insisted they had to charge me more so they can buy a new one for their collection and hire it out to me...), and i waited 3-4 weeks to get my bond transferred back after their delivery guy forgot to pick up one item after the event (which they asked me to drop back off at their shop). I wouldn't use them again, even if their work was nice. The pro's definitely did not outweigh the con's in my experience.

They provided me with better options and ideas.I requested a round backdrop with red roses, and they delivered a stunning gold hamster-wheel backdrop with roses all around with hints of gold flowers throughout. The quality of work was excellent, and the design exceeded my expectations.I also hired a 10m red carpet and a Marry Me" neon sign. They provided me with an affordable package and were very accommodating.I will be considering them for my wedding and future events.I highly recommend them for your next function."

Absolute rip off. Spoke to someone on the phone and went in twice. Received a quote in person. 10 minutes later an extremely rude lady over the phone decided to more than double the price of what was originally agreed. As shocked as I was I asked what can you do for my budget, she said she couldn’t find any examples of what she can do but still wanted me to pay not knowing what the set up would look like?? Such a shame because the ladies that were there were so nice. Can’t say the same for her. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Had to edit my good review to an extremally bad review because of the way I was treated. All of them was too busy eating, non of of them even bothered to help me with the happy birthday sticker I was after, they told me to look for it myself. Then one lady got up and the other one told her to sit down and that I can find it myself. I spent over an hour trying to look..... Nothing! So I went and asked for help and one of the lady who was wearing a scarf thought it was ok to scream and attack me, saying I have told you millions of times

I want to say a big Thank you to All Occassins Prop Hire for orgainising everything for my daughters 1st Birthday. She has an eye for detail and doesnt rest till every little thing is perfect. Hanan and her team orgainsed every detail. From her hall hire to the cake to the lollie bags and catering and most importantly the props that made everything look wow. Do not think twice where to go affordable and has taste. I didnt have to tell them much just wanted something to look good and she made it lol WOW! Everyone was talking about it. It was an event that went off thanks to all the hard work.
