Having worked with Bloomtools for nearly 10 years, I read the review by Kath Luty with disbelief. With three active websites and years of change requests and modifications I have always found their service to be excellent.Bloomtools products have evolved over years with each release better than its predecessor. All my sites have migrated automatically from one release to another without any hiccups, so I find it strange to read the allegations of poor service. My experience working with Bloomtools has been fantastic and on occasions when I requested custom changes to be made, these happened without a hitch.I am just curious as to when this bad service occurred, as I must have been out of town that day and missed it.Dang, now I have nothing to complain about !.

The team at Bloomtools have worked closely with me over the last year, helping me with deal with some of the technical challenges as my business has been growing - particularly with how we deal with huge amounts of visitors on our sale days. They have also added lots of additional functionality to the shopping cart software at their expense.
