Racism at its finest, disgusting toilet, disrespectful workers on the Friday night on the 10th of March. All I asked for was 2 thighs. But was refused due to company policy. I spent 40 dollers and couldn't get 1 thigh.

One of the better Red Roosters, always clean, well prepared and presented food. So far never had an issue with a wrong or incomplete order. Our preferred outlet in this area of Sydney.

Waited an incredibly long time in drive thru for 1 meal. The box of large chips were only half full and over salted. The roll was cold and made poorly.

NEVER! leave reviews, much less for a fast food joint but today I had to pay my respects to whomever looked after my partner: She dropped her bag full of food right before leaving. Staff runs to help her out, picks up the chips that had fallen out n fully replaced them straight away (shame in the waste of food, we would have not minded the extra chips that didnt fall out of the bag).The staff admited they maybe put too much in one bag, my partner admited she could have been more careful.My daughter and I enjoyed our first time at R.R. fresh crispy yum hot honey fried chicken!If I was the manager I'd find whom was the champion behind this and give them a $20 dollar a day pay rise, even if I had to get it off my own salary. I would ask them what do I need to do to not let them go in the near future.If all fast food joints looked after workers that deliver customer service like this, they would not all be scrambling to find team members.
