Determined to get my health sorted, I spent over an hour with the naturopath/ nutritionist, I basically received a booklet (which isn't even there's) on what to eat and what not to eat. I could have googled that. Waste of time and money. I wonder what they actually learn at university.

I have a 315 pm appointment,11-8-22. and arrived at the front door at 310pm which was locked. I knocked . MELITA Pilch opened the front door with the filthiest expression I had seen . I politely said I have an appointment and asked why she gave me such a filthy look. She explained it was because she thought I was going to see someone else upstairs, a hypnotherapist. That didn't explain it, but I let it go.She went into the front massage room to switch the heater on, telling me it is a cold day. Then she started blowing her nose, the type of nose blowing for 15 sec which suggested strongly that she has a very bad cold.Concerned about health and hygiene, I asked if she has a cold. She said yes. So naturally I asked why she didn't cancel the appointment? I wasted time and petrol, greeted by a filthy face and now I am not certain if I should report her for unprofessional conduct, knowingly going to give me a massage in a closed heated room while she is clearly ill.Can someone advise me please?17-8-22Melita said I used an insulting word that you can't print? She needs to tell me which word it could be, and I will discuss with my daughter/lawyer about that word. What abuse or defaming are you referring to? Please state that clearly so I can follow it up. Which insult did I use 3x? Please state that clearly.She told you she was over a mild cold from a week before? Really?? She told me she only just noticed she had a cold, therefore didn't ring me to cancel. Is she an honest person?Most managers and owners are not as gullible as you have clearly made yourself in your message to me about your staff.I can't wish you good luck, but would suggest you get a management consultant to see where your business failings l

May I say that Marta and the team at Shine Health Wellbeing are first class. The level of care they show from the moment you call is second to none. It is refreshing that time is taken to find possible conditions and not just pigeon hole you as the Western Medicine system does so well. I was prescribed medication from my GP for my stomach to ease the pain I had experienced for years. Marta, after one session, identified the possible stomach issue and away we went to fix it. And fix it, it did. Within a month, my stomach issues had disappeared. Marta then prepared a tailored program to work on my autoimmune conditions which are helping me considerably and I am sure will continue to do so. Each time we catch up, we go over the effectiveness of the program and make what ever adjustments need to be made. This is very refreshing.If you could provide someone higher than a 5, I would certainly do so. I look forward to the continued support as I continue to improve from the conditions I have.
