Natalie, our selection advisor was very helpful and made the selection process very easy for us.

Not sure how to rate this place as we had a very ordinary experience with one salesperson and an ok experience with another. This is how it went. We walked into the showroom to find another customer being served by a salesperson, -fine. There was no acknowledgement of us by the salesperson (but the other customer was friendly). We watched and waited as the salesperson interacted with the other customer for about 15-20 minutes and expected that when the salesperson was finished with the customer we would be attended to. Not the case. The salesperson exited the showroom without once acknowledging us or making eye contact. So, we waited a few more minutes and then noticed a doorbell on the counter with a sign that said something along the lines of ring for service". We rang this bell and another salesperson emerged.We were a bit cranky and told him of the situation. He was helpful and apologised

Really helpful staff who made our house selection process very easy. Lots of different styles of doors and door handles to choose from depending on your taste and budget.

A disappointing experience. Multiple clarifications required of a single product order to obtain the right item and then being told that although we were quoted trade price for an item we had to pay full retail price as we didn't have an account. What made matters worse was that the retail price at Corinthians is 30% higher for the same product then compared to retail at Bianco or Bunnings and by far a lot dearer than our trade accounts in the above mentioned suppliers. The only reason we purchased today was time constraints to get a job done.Never again. Will not be back and will be seeking alternative brands for all our future contruction projects.
