I can only go by my experience trying to book an appointment there. The salon was so loud I couldn't hear the person I was talking to. I mentioned the lack of professionalism but the shrieking carried on nonetheless. If this is a new business, it would be preferable to make a good first impression.

Don't ever go here, I struggled to click on 1 star. Terrible colour, came out with green tinge, awful cut. But I felt I was treated in a condescending way was the worst. I wasn't going to say anything, but its taking ages to fix

Havs visited this salon on numerous occasions and had my haircut by Rita. She has always donean amazing job and I always walk out feeling like a million dollars. She is a beautiful lady and very caring. I recommend Rita to anyone who is looking for a great haircut

I was going to this salon for 1,5 years and could not be happier. Since the change of management late last year, I went there to try a new hairdresser who took over the salon. My hair color came out nearly black ( I usually have brown), it was not washed off my skin properly around the face, at home the traces of color was found all over my ears and at the back. My partner was shocked when I came back home. I also asked to have hair trimmed around the face and ended up with short fringe like for 5 year old. My hair was completely ruined. I am still growing my fringe since then and still feel so upset, as the fringe is still not long enough to correct the stying of my hair. Be aware, ladies!!!!

I have been following Georgia for a couple of years from Smithfield shopping centre to Kewwara .. Fringe Benefits hairdressing .. I have highly recommend her to my family and friends ..Who also love her as much as I do .. I find her fantastic for colour she seems to know exactly what you want .. My hair turns out fabulous every time .. ..

My cousin from Adelaide had her hair cut and coloured by Georgia! She absolutely loved the results and would highly recommend Georgia!! Very pleased!

Georgia is amazing with her blondes, I’m always happy with the results wouldn’t go any where else, highly recommend

It is rare for me to write a negative review because I believe in supporting local businesses, but I am really disappointed. My instructions were to follow the existing style but take about a centimetre off, and chip into it (I have very thick hair, as the hairdresser repeatedly pointed out). It ended up mega-layered (so it sticks up) and she did this weird thing when she twisted hair pieces then cut. I should have just said STOP! She jabbered on about dogs, how she is too short and the new chairs at the salon are no good for her back, and I felt pretty much invisible. When she put a toner in, she stuck her finger, with toner on it, in my eye. Disappointed that it looks nothing like what I asked for and don't recommend this particular hairdresser, I had been once before and the person who did my hair did a good job. How could she get it so wrong?!

I was very disappointed in my colour which was done by Courtney who I know is an apprentice she is a lovely girl but does not quite have the experience to do colours! I had my card there from previous appointments I felt like I walked out of there whiter thanI already was I don't like to complain but you are starting out a new business so it's important you know this!Regards Angela Banfield.
