Communication with Peter Hanscomb and Belle is poor at best, he stated by email he is not responsible for the poor conduct or limited professionalism of representatives of Belle Property. My experience with Belle is the worse I have come across in 20+ years. I would discourage homeowners to avoid engaging Peter and his team at Belle.

Christian Percuoco is calm and knowledgeable. He took the mental load of selling our apartment and I felt safe with him. His understanding of properties on the Lower North Shore is thorough and outstanding. He was always available for a chat or to answer questions. I feel assured we got a great price because of him. I would recommend his expertise and service highly.

Stay away if you are an owner and would like your property managed properly. My property was left dirty and mouldy by previous tenants. Belle refused to do anything about it, would not claim against the bond, declaring we would lose at the tribunal anyway.I have had to spend nearly $20k rectifying the damage caused.I tried to call Stephanie (the head of property management) three times, she refused to take my calls, and never called back.A conditional report conducted six months prior was never sent to me. No responsibility was taken by Belle for this error. After six years of paying management fees to Belle, they have left me with a damaged dirty property with no ability to claim against the tenant. Instead the tenant was returned the full amount of her bond.No wonder the tenant left a five star review, and I am leaving one.

It was very important to us that the agent for the sale of our property was someone we could trust. We felt our property was safe in the hands of David Benjafield. He was professional, communicative, respectful and sincere at every part of the sale process.
