Below WAS my past review but since new management took over about 2 weeks ago I’m 1000% converted. Nolan and the team are a breath of fresh air, fantastic and a delight. Clearly well trained ahead of the pool game and finally some new thinking about better pool management in town. Good luck for the opening.The past review: Beware the customer service at this pool store. An in-store staff member literally phoned the police on me whilst he evaded to resolve a simple product fault in-store today. I’ve posted this review based on the Rose Bay police station advice and recommendation following the incident to ensure the individual understand the cause of their actions. This store needs help about how to treat customers. I literally requested to delete my customer record entirely from their system. I’d be happy to provide any feedback to the owners how to avoid this in future or resolve future potential issues like this, for example Replaying the video on my phone at the time I started recording , to assist. Otherwise, without some change, You may not retain customers with the current approach and attitude.

I can't stress more how shady these guys are. I ordered a simple o-ring for my filter, then was called to say it was in. Went to pick it up and they had lost the order - ok, mistakes happen - but then they offered to come out and install it due to their error, which I thought was great. They made an appointment with me, which I confirmed by calling them on the day, and then didn't show up. Wouldn't answer my calls for two days - had to use someone else's phone to get through. When they did answer, they told me that they didn't show up because the order had been cancelled (it hadn't) and that in any event they couldn't get the o-ring from the supplier. Confused? Yeah, so was I. None of it added up to anything that made sense other than they lost the original order, it all got too hard and then couldn't be bothered to honour what they promised. If you can afford the time to go elsewhere, I recommend you do.

On 29 March 2021, I purchased an EX 5000 IQ, for $2,750.00 which was delivered. During installation their technician found the equipment to be faulty. Instead of taking the equipment back, they decided to leave it at the house.On 14 April 2021, the faulty machine was subsequently picked up by one of their technicians.I have tried several times to find out what was happening but have not received an answer. I have given up on waiting for the replacement and have asked several times for a refund.I was led to believe that I would receive a refund.Its now been 28 days and I have not received my refund.It is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Terrible.I had to pay for my broken heat pump whilst under warranty - lasted less than 2 years. Took me 3 weeks to get it fixed after it had a faulty part (which they no longer use) and I got charged for the call out and labour.Add to that the fact that when they installed the heat pump in the first place they said I needed to replace my chlorinator. I agreed and came back to find they'd replaced my entire chlorinator control panel removing my digital one which was wired into my electrical CBUS system and replaced it with an analogue one when all they needed to do was replace the chlorinator unit itself.They never return calls when they say.The positive reviews are all from people who don't realise that you can stop a pool from being green by adding chlorine......

Terrible service.I need a new pool pump. They said they would contact me after they came to check out my pool. They never contacted me. After a week and a half, I rang. They didn’t apologise for not contacting me. They said they would install the pump on Friday at 12pm. No one turned up to the appointment. These guys are clowns go somewhere else if you want any level of reasonable service. Not good enough.

I took a water sample and the new manager in the shop is very helpful and helped with an issue we had with our pool pump. The agent who then came to look at our pump that same day to fixed the pump also did a stellar job at cleaning it. After a few days, we have noticed a great difference in the water quality. Highly recommended.

Pool hose has split and went to shop to get the part. One of the assistants in the shop advised it had to be ordered and will take a few days. My name and contact details were recorded and I was promised I'd be contacted when it arrives. Two weeks passed, no call, so I called them to check on the status and was given an excuse about delays with shipments. Another two weeks have now passed, still no update. With the lack of customer service, customer expectation management and customer communication I've received to date, you're lucky the minimum number of stars that could be selected is one, otherwise I would give minus 100 stars.

Pathetic, terrible customer service! I purchased a salt chlorinator from them 12 months ago. Under warranty it needed repairing. They looked at it and left. I rang two days later to ask what is going to happen they said it will be collected and they will organise a replacement. I followed up again they collected it eventually. Weeks later after leaving several messages with no response, I called in to ask what is happening they said they would re-install the replacement in a few days. They did but failed to tell me that it wasn't replaced nor fixed. They told me to contact the supplier directly. So 5 weeks later I am now dealing with the supplier directly.
