I only like the matcha latte. Food was terrible, very salty minced pork. Matcha cream is also salty and sour, so weird. Service was okay.

Set in a very quiet area, the perfect spot for a mid morning catch up over delicious food and drinks.Quick serviceDelicious mealsWorth itMight’ve been lucky because it was earlyish in the day, but let’s not let facts get in the way of a good review… am I right!?

Heard very good things about it, so went to check it out.We got a takeaway coffee that was great and hit all the right spots, sadly the Portuguese tart didn't. It was too soggy and didn't taste fresh. The space has a lot of personality in its decor, and will definitely come back to try the food

Small local find in the corner of the neighbourhood. Had Mother’s Day brunch there with my family, it was small bout cosy. Staff was very nice. Small menu usually mean it’s quality food to me, and they didn’t disappoint, coffee was good, my kids loved the artwork on their hot chocolates. We had folded eggs, black caviar, lao gan ma; loved the fancy fusion take on that, toast was thick and yum, must try.Udon fried in black garlic, mushrooms and truffle oil, under that dusty looking dish was it, was not appealing at fist I must say but when it’s all mixed well, it’s a must if u love a creamy mushroom dish, there was a strong kick of pepper, but we didn’t mind it.Tantanmen, yummy classic that’s not too spicy or hot, broth was very good and rich.

Great Japanese inspired neighbourhood cafe in Mortdale - serving good food with friendly service. Cozy place so it can get busy on weekends.

Food was great but service was lacking. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the service that we experienced on Sunday. Our food came but no cutlery to eat it with. Asked one of the staff for cutlery and she gave it to another table and left us waiting for a few minutes whilst she was talking to that table. Hopefully the service can improve when we come back next time.

This is not your typical suburban cafe. The food is, what I would describe as, Japanese inspired ModOz. The dish I had was excellent. While simple it was well made and presented. The coffee was excellent. Staff were pleasant and professional. All in all a very pleasing experience and I will be returning to try the ramen!
