We never watch this show so didn't realise how bad it was as a reference.Sign up for the 30% on the spot, sounded good lead us to a number of issues and false starts.1- the quote arrived next day, and within a few pages the Designer had wrong Carcase references, French linen on one page and the wrong on another page.2- no actual render of the product as a reference and pages of information missing rails forDrawers etc3- the communication is then directed to a web portal and slow responses. We needed to view the lighting options and were told we could go to another location. We traveled across town to find this was incorrect as they didn't have the recessed lighting on display.4- first installer came out and said I can't do this you must make all the changes to existing wardrobe which was not what the designer lead us to understand! This installer highlighted all the missing pieces on the original quote.5- They had to coordinate with another of their more skilled installers (they outsource all this part) and he had to travel from Wollongong and he was the first person who was detailed in what needed to be done. Soon our $8000 discounted wardrobe became a $14k outrageous cost. He stated we needed to request some better discount as the original quote and Kinsman through their portal became unhelpful.We're currently still waiting for our deposit to be returned months later and now starting the process with fair trading.Be warned, these people are difficult to deal with. You never hear from the manager as expected and don't care to manage a better outcome.

Your staff’s behaviour is disgusting! An old lady with orange hair could clearly see that I’m pregnant and sat down there to relax while I was waiting for my stove purchase to get finalised. She told me and my daughter to get up and leave the Kinsman area if I’m not buying anything from there. So rude!
