Was served by Kim and Tanya today in the Tuggerah store. We entered the store today unsure what exactly we were after.We had made a purchase over a year ago and were delighted to be remembered by name. The girls were amazing help with zero pressure to buy(im not a fan of a pushy sales person). They went above and beyond to make us 100% happy with our purchase. And we can't wait to receive them.10 out of 10 recommend them. Great and friendly service

My partner purchased my engagement ring off the lovely Kim. It was a complete surprise and I am so thankful for all the help she gave him through the entire process. My ring is absolutely stunning, it could not have been more perfect.Thank you to Kim for all your help with everything even long after the ring was purchased. I just can’t say enough about how beautiful my ring is and how lovely Kim and the team at Tuggerah are, always happy to help with anything big or small.

Welcomed and served by Kim and Tania! They were both so accomodating and I couldn’t of been more happier with the service. They made myself and my fiancés day with purchasing our wedding bands. They were so helpful and made sure we found the right ones. A bigger plus to the bubbly personalities they both possessed. I highly recommend seeing these two for any jewellery!I will certainly be returning for future purchases through Kim or Tania !

Highly recommend this store. Sales assistant Kim was knowledgeable, not pushy, friendly and spent her time patiently assisting me to purchase a ring for my daughters 18th birthday. This was the first store I went to at Tuggerah with the plan to shop around then decide. The service and jewellery were so exceptional that I didn’t need to go to any other stores. Kim the sales assistant is a credit to this company. Many thanks and I’ll be back for sure.

My partner and I have been looking at engagement rings at nearly every jewellery store on the Central Coast. Due to my partners petite fingers it became clear that we would need to order a custom ring. Kim at Simon Curwood walked us through the whole process and spent a great deal of time with my partner and I trying to find the perfect ring that matched our budget and my partners wants. Kim made the whole process so easy and her knowledge and customer service was fantastic. Of all the jewellers and jewellery shops we visited, Kim was by far the most helpful and most friendly. Would definently recommend anybody looking at jewellery to go and visit Kim. We will definently be back.

My fiancé got the help of the lovely Kim at Tuggerah in purchasing my beautiful engagement ring. As he wanted me to like the ring as well, I did help pick the design, but the quality of the ring is superb. Anytime I wear it, it definitely gets the attention (even from myself!)
