I would have given 5 stars but after today I'm very annoyed. Have been going to the salon for a year and a half now since I moved to the area and I did find the girls lovely and very good. I went 2 months ago and got my nails and an eyebrow wax done. Nails were fab as always but the person waxing my eyebrows actually ripped the skin off and my eye was quite sore for quite a while after. She kept going back over and over the same area. I'm pretty sure she realized what she had done as she passed a comment to one of the other girls in the salon!! I didn't think much of it as usually I'm not one to complain so I let it slide. Then today i was all excited because I looked at my loyalty card and saw I was due my free turn yaaay.. I went to pay to be informed (by the same person that ripped the skin off my eye) that the card is only for pedicures!! I was never informed of this when I first got the card and everytime I've gone in it's always been stamped for a manicure, on no part of the card does it indicate it is only for pedicures nor does it state a value as to what the free" turn will be

I got a full set of SNS nails from this salon recently, and within one week, they were already flinging off (despite me taking extra care day-to-day). The nail polish was starting to chip and the adhesive simply did not last (such a waste of both time and money).The in-store experience was unpleasant, too, with the woman (seemingly the owner), being rather dismissive and pre-occupied with other clients (whilst attempting to do my nails).Overpriced and disappointing results - unfortunately, they’ve lost a customer, as I will not be returning.

Went here today after moving to the area! Have tried many salons in port Melbourne and wasn't happy. I have found my place. Lovely girls and good prices!

The place needs a good clean. They’re all in such a rush, swapping between clients. Especially the gentleman who works there. They cut into my cuticle, but didn’t seem to care about it. And the hand massage was nothing short of pathetically laughable. Two stars - one for being able to get an appointment and one for having a good array of colours

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon. The girls are lovely - especially Lyn - she always remembers me and my colours ☺️. Their work is executed so well, my SNS is never bumpy or gaudy. They file down the SNS to a super thin layer before soaking to ensure a quick soak off. The finish is always flawless - not streaky or bumpy. The cuticle edge of the SNS is also precisely sanded to ensure beautiful edges and minimal lifting. Huge colour selection. Would recommend to anyone. A+++

Cracked and chipped SNS nails after only 1 week. Obviously too busy pre Christmas, poor job, won’t go back.

Paid $55 for a full set of SNS with tips .. within 3 days one was cracked and another has broken down and is so painful. Worst nail experience iv ever had. i'm now going to get them all removed and ill start again. WASTE OF MONEY. In this case, you don't get what you pay for.

i got a full set of SNS with purple french tips. firstly they lady doing my nails stopped half way through to start on a brand new client getting her eyebrows done. this left me waiting there for another 15 minutes. secondly i asked to not be able to see my natural nail underneath and they did not do that. thirdly i asked for a rounded/almond shape however the shape on all my nails seemed different (some were wide, some were thin). fourthly they got specks of other colours in my nails that i did not ask for. FINALLY my nails were so extremely chunky that i spent an hour at home trying to fix them. i was extremely disappointed as i have recommended them to other in the past. however now i DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
