I had a few issues along the way - weather, tight driveway access, and delays with contractors that I had organised - but was none of it was a problem, Chris and his team were able to handle all of it, and helped me make sure the job was completed properly. Absolutely shocking. If you ask for a certain size bin and they don't have it available they will give you a smaller bin and charge you for the bin you asked for. One of there previous employees told me

Booked was told either today or tomorrow I can understand not being here on the first day however second day .. did not answer there phone ALL DAY google shows them as open still. If you claim to be a service industry you need to remember the SERVICE bit ... tried several times to contact them nothing . ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICES

I run a small landscape construction business that use Cheaper Bins on a regular basis. Chris and the guys are always on time and go out of their way to help, often with no notice. I can't fault their commitment to great service.

Watch out. Cheaper Bin Hire failed to honour our agreement. We got a verbal quote based on our request to hire a 6 cubic meter skip for waste including concrete, soil, cladding, timber and garden waste, which we agreed to and paid for up front. We had the skip delivered and filled it to the specified maxiumum level. When the owner driver arrived, he advised that agapanthus is not normal green waste! He said this would cost us an extra $200!! We had not been advised of this at any time prior and there was nothing in the paperwork to indicate this. I refused to pay. The owner driver removed 1.5m3 of agapanthus from the skip and dumped it on the side of the driveway before driving away with the skip. We asked for a refund on the portion of the skip not used - no response. VERY disappointed.
