Taken money for services 2 amplifier$190 and never having look. Put my amplifier on the corner for a year and every time I come they always say wait for parts to come. And to come keep saying parts not come because of COVID 19 delivery take long time . Today I come again I took the amplifier home and finial say it so difficult job they don’t know how to fix. They been fools me around for 1 years . Hope their business going well like this .

I dropped my 8 years old faulty TV late Monday night, got a call from Chris the next day arvo with the price to fix, picked it up on Wednesday night. Great service that was fast, reliable, reasonable and friendly with after hour drop off and pickup. Couldn't be happier !

Over the past 2 years I have taken my receiver amp for repair back and forth 3 times now at a total cost of $450Dodgy Chris and Ray run the shop and give you the absolute run around. My amp is still at the shop since April this year and when I message or try to call there is no answer or reply. I’m over it and given up all hope of ever seeing my beloved Denon amp again.

Excellent service and very satisfactory outcome. Chris is fantastic to deal with, and he and his partner quickly traced and fixed the problem with my almost 40yr old vintage CRT monitor within a couple of days, at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!!! Thanks guts for your great work!!!

I took my 8 year old Samsung TV to Chris as a last resort , it had been to the Samsung warranty repair center 3 times prior, it still didn't work. So I took it to Chris, unlike Samsung he actually did some troubleshooting to see what was causing the power issues . Whereas Samsung just replaced the power board . Chris is very thorough and professional, happy to recommend his shop to everyone . Thank you Chris

To anyone who want to bring there any appliances or Tv for repair here better buy new one this guy here take the money for check up but he don’t even touch it and the way he talk very professional but the way he act totally different. don’t be pool by him. before I take my tv there still got power on but screen damaged, after check up no more power at all and lost the stand of the Tv.

Think before you drop your equipment. For them normal 1 week is a year. Very frustratingSuch a worst place to repair any of your Electronic.I waited-for 7 month just to get my receivers repaired but every time i call not fixed yet such a shame. The way he says next week next week which week I don’t understand as that week never come. And wow his Not ready words are famous.Never trust this place or bothered to get anything to fix in this place.

Couldn’t be happier! Faulty TV - fixed next day, really good, really fast. I’ve ignored a faulty extraction fan for 9 months. It had a blown control board. Chris read the programming of the faulty custom EPROM and programmed another - THE NEXT DAY - and it works like a champ! Saved me $1500 over a new one. Legendary. Couldn’t be happier to find someone who actually still repairs stuff these days in a throw-away society!
