A friend of mine told me to try this place no matter what. I got the cake with strawberry on top and watermelon in the middle. Cost is 11 AUD. Love the taste and design!

The watermelon cake was extremely hyped but failed too meet the hyped expectations. Its difficult to cut into and dissect the cake with fork. It is delicious but for A$11 i expect alot as its really exorbitant for such a small piece of cake. The unexpected star was actually the black sesame cheese cake. Multiple texture, depth of taste. Service was non-existent too but thankfully there’s a sitting. For a small shop with takeaway counter, i expect prices to be more reasonable, maybe $7 .

Wonderful spot in the Galleries with the interesting architecture of the shop from. Awesome and friendly staff, wait wasn’t long at all, with two staff taking orders.Cakes were wonderfully presented, with most single serves being $11.00 per. So great price point considering the quality and presentation.Despite that, assigned seating (upstairs and downstairs) for BSP were both dirty and our main issue was with the lack of signage, beyond the website with no cake names, nor allergen info available in sight.Just be aware that you’ll need to ask a bunch of questions of the staff, or use the website to find necessary information. Will happily come back to try a different cake!

Went to have the famous watermelon strawberry cake that I kept hearing about, and also got the hot cross bun and they are in season now (and also read about them as a recommendation, they’re zesty and vegan too but don’t taste like it). Both were really good, and reasonable priced (I paid $15.50 for both)! Got the bun toasted with a bit of butter and it was amazing! Will definitely go back to try other things and their coffee. Would recommend to go early to try and get things fresh and also more choices.

This is a take away store mainly with a few seats across the store in the mall. Delicious and carefully prepared cakes, the strawberry watermelon cake is really a showstopper and delicious, maybe a bit hard to eat with the watermelon layer that I first mistook for a jelly layer when seeing it on pictures. The coffee was super good too, decaf is available. Service could be friendlier.

Most delicious cake I’ve ever had. Watermelon Strawberry cake is just phenomenal. My wife had it once at a office party & she had been going on and on about it ever since, yesterday I got to know why! Each layer tastes different & it is tastes best when you have it all together. The appearance makes it look delicious & it also tastes delicious. Please do try it!

The strawberry watermelon cake definitely lives up to the hype! It is made up of such delicate elements that pair most wonderfully and beautifully together to create an explosion of flavour. It also remains so light and refreshing! It remains one of the best cakes I’ve ever had.

Strawberry watermelon cakes seem to be famous in Sydney. When my friends knew I was coming to Sydney, they recommended that I must eat it. The cake itself is special and delicious. The watermelon in the middle gives the cake a special flavor. There are few sitting areas if you want to dine in, but it is not in the store itself, and it is not convenient. I would recommend this cake. It is a must-eat in Sydney.

Somebody made the watermelon cake at home and it was crazy good! So I was excited to taste the real deal and had the dragon fruit cake and mango cake…overpriced for what it is! $11 per small piece? And it doesn’t even taste that good! The dragonfruit one just tastes of cream and the mango one has a flower aftertaste reminiscent of smell of a hand soap in a fancy restaurant… Wouldn’t buy again!Watermelon latte was very good!
