They built the units behind us and were no problems with noise, or any other issues.Ashleigh went above and beyond when assisting us to establish the type and colour of fence behind us. If they are as helpful with customers as they were with us, I'd be more than happy to build with them.

We were so lucky to come across Assetbuild when we wanted to build a house. Kevin, Antoinette and Ashleigh accompanied us from architectural design, material selection to on-site construction, step by step to turn this dream house from drawings into reality. I could not recommend asset build enough . From Peter fine tuning our custom build to make it more cost effective to Antonietta and Kevin sitting down with us with the process of the build, Ashleigh and Naomi sourcing the finishes we were after, and finally Kyle our building supervisor being proactive, always available and consistently going above and beyond . Considering the tough climate and the horror stories of the building industry lately I feel we are incredibly fortunate we chose Asset Build to build our dream home . Ten stars

Kevin and Antonietta are so helpful and patient throughout the whole building process. They explain everything clearly and you can expect their responses to be honest and transparent. They also offer valuable advice and recommendations throughout the process. The building supervisor Anthony was also very thorough and the quality of the home reflects their care and diligence. We highly recommend them.

No communication or updates during build process, only contacted when invoicing progress payments for each stage.Quality of work from trades was not of standard, had to have trades come after build to fix/rectify in a more timely manner.Things that were discussed and needing fixing during PCI and again at handover, still hadn’t been organised and completed with no effort to do so.I worked 7+ years in the building industry and haven’t seen or experienced that lack of communication and professionalism during that time, until building my first home with Asset.

We built our first home with Asset. Not only were they extremely unprofessional the entire build process and never contacted us once for an inspection and got so many things wrong on the build such as tiles and kitchen, they also did an extremely bad job on the build itself. From the brickwork to the slab, it was all really bad quality. We have had trades come and fix Asset’s mistakes and comment on how poor a job our house is. We also had pavers stolen from site in Assets care and after sending multiple emails in a row their response was that they won’t replace them. I couldn’t not recommend this company enough, the customer service, and trades were all horrible and we have had to pay a lot of money to get our own tradesmen to come and fix their mistakes.

Our experience with Assetbuild has been first class. Peter Grygiel navigated us through the planning process and designed a beautiful home with wonderful flow. Kevin's planning and scheduling was impressive, the best I have experienced. The workmanship was also excellent and the tradespeople friendly and helpful. The team has guided us through the ups and downs that come with building a home and we look forward to the next phase of our project
