Hairhouse Chadstone

Really disappointed with the customer service offered by the two ladies working here tonight. I was looking for a particular hair product which my friend purchased here a week ago, and when I went in to ask about the product, I was immediately shut down and told it was out of stock, I tried to ask for advice/alternative products to purchase, as well as asking if they knew the store upstairs had it in stock, and I was again, immediately shut down with the answer 'no' to everything. I tried to ask for further advice and was immediately redirected to find the product at Kmart instead, even though I tried to explain I would prefer to buy from the store as I know the brands Hairhouse Warehouse carries would be reputable. But again, I was met with a very short response from the worker saying that what I wanted was the same item that Kmart would carry.I did end up going to the upstairs Hairhouse Warehouse store and asked the staff exactly the same thing, and as it turns out, they had exactly what I was after. It really goes to show that the two ladies in this store did not bother to ask me questions and to actually try and find the product that I was asking for, and just assumed what I was looking for without actually trying.The girls at this store did not create a welcoming environment at all, nor really cared enough to ask further questions or provide any solutions. It seemed like they would rather have had me leave the store as quick as I can by not listening to what I was asking, so they could get back to their own personal conversation. I would look to avoid coming back into the store to seek help, advice or to purchases from those ladies ever again.

I had a booking for a hair styling appointment for New Years Eve. I have been to previous Hairhouse to style my hair and had no issues previously.However, on this occassion, the hairdresser that did my hair was rough when it came to washing and styling my hair. Unfortunately, because of how rough she was, she pulled onto my earring stud and tore my ear piercing hole. Fast forward a couple of months, the ear piercing hole has been injured from that incident that I needed to get surgery to stitch it up.She did apologised but I did find it painful when that happen and it could have been avoided if she was more gentle. She did however did my hair nicely but it is unnecessary that I had to get my ear stitch up. I had never had this experience at previous hair salons ever.

Extremely disappointed with the service. September 2022 I wanted my hair dyed and was told that as I was Asian background the colour would be hard to achieve, high maintenance and not worth the trouble to upkeep.I had to come back another day and after showing her a few pictures we settled on one that she agreed would suit me". After completion I realised it was not even the same colour we had agreed on. At this point I had spent more than 3hrs there and they were getting ready to close. I was quite upset and just left after paying.After a few months of trying to like the hair colour I eventually went and box dyed it black right before Christmas.Funnily enough

Got my labtet done, and Bella was amazing! Super professional and when I asked for adjustments on positioning she was extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely going to come back for my next piercing!

Got my nipples pierced by Bella and walking in I was greeted by the staff and they were lovely while I waited for my appointment.I was very jittery at the thought of the piercing and my piercer (Bella) was very patient and reassuring towards me and it really helped me prepare a lot better to get the piercing done.The piercing itself, she was very careful to make sure I liked the placement before piercing and it still hurt I’d say solid 8/10 but it was over quickly and in the end I’m happy with the result! :) I recommend going here for piercings, more so if you may feel anxious about piercings too!

Bella cleaned up and changed my piercings that weren’t healing. (piercings done elsewhere). Great advise given and did a great job changing over the jewellery. They already hurt less. So glad I went to see her at Chadstone. Knowledgeable and clearly experienced. A+

I just got my nipples pierced with Jess here and could not be happier. Not only did she do an amazing job calming my nerves she kept me entertained the whole time - helped with the pain of the piercing lol. Would recommend Jess without a doubt to anyone

The girls were so friendly! The store was very clean, organised and products were well presented and easy to find.Really enjoyed the atmosphere the ladies created in store, very fun. An enjoyable customer service experience.

Fantastic customer service! Came here today for new piercing jewellery and although the store was clearly very busy I was helped by the lovely Tim and Bella who went above and beyond to accomodate for my time constraints and help me out! Will be making this my regular Hairhouse store :) Thank you!

AMAZING staff and service, went in for a piercing and was treated so wonderfully by the staff, they all greatly helped me with my nerves and were happy to have a conversation and answer any questions I had. The piercer was wonderful, made the whole experience so pain free and positive, I will be coming back! Do yourself a favour and go to Chadstone Hairhouse, could not recommend it enough!
