Worst. Shop. Ever. Unusual practice of delaying faulty returns beyond time periods then informing customers that return period had expired! Poor customer experience, arrogance and disrespect bordering on contempt for customers from the Manager. Also manipulation of return rules to further enrage customers. Wont be back.

Don’t even think they deserve one star.Bought a laptop, it came broken.Took it in and they said would be done in a week waited three weeks with it not even done yet for them to say they can’t fix it they’ll give me a new one and promise they will call me tonight, no call went in again said they’d call again, they didn’t.Went in and they tried to give me a HP laptop when I ordered a Mac, has been 6 months now and still don’t have a laptop. How hard is it to update me and stop telling lies?It’s like I’ve been scammed

Went in to buy 30 Xbox 360 games and ended up leaving. I recently purchased a used system that did not have a power supply. I asked to test and see if it worked so I could buy the games. Both of the men were rude and I was told unless I was trading it in or purchasing one of their systems then they wouldn't help me. If the system did not work then I was going to buy one from them. Needless to say I left and will not be purchasing anything here. This is the very reason why I can't wait until amazon gets here. I can understand if I wanted to test it and leave but I was ready to shell out money for 30 games two controllers and other accessories. Don't waste your time...go to eb games or jb Hifi.

Closed? I'm not surprised.Terrible place.And at the end they tried the trick with different phone being sold...S6 instead of S7 so they tried to give me less money. What a rip off.

Very unhappy with their service. The store manager is extremely rude and constantly talks over the top of you, and treats you like your stupid. They constantly lie to you to cover their mistakes. I lost all of my data when I was specifically told i wouldn't and then when i addressed this in store, I was lied to and put down by the manager. Word of advise - do not shop here! You will be ripped off and mislead. Extremely disappointed!

Terrible service! Dont sell anything without checking the receipt, especially if your selling many games. The staff 'forgot' to add two games worth $45! The store scams and rips off its customers for fun!

Great store great service, It's my go to place for getting rid of my games and electronics and buying them, prices are great. The staff are friendly and helpful when it comes to looking for what you want when it comes to games, movies, phones, consoles e.c.t 10/10 store.

I'll shed a little positive light on this store due to all the bad reviews. I've been working here for a month so far. When I started, the previous store manager had just quit/got let go so I never met him myself. To my understandthing, this guy left this store in shambles while working there. The entire store was going under as far as customer service, stock management etc. While looking for a new manager, we had a temporary supervisor who also didn't do her job correctly. She never wanted to be there and it showed. Well now, we have a new manager, a new supervisor, and almost a whole new team. Our biggest focus at the moment is re-building our reputation for customer service. The right way. When it comes to store policies/returns, we do follow protocol and there isn't much we can do about that (unless we want to lose our jobs). Us being a second hand store, our policies/laws are a little different than Target or Kmart and people don't like that, but it's all apart of being able to sell the things we do at the price we do. We can gladly fix the way customers are treated in a heartbeat, but when it comes to our policies, people act like we don't have 3 signs in the store stating how things are refunded/exchanged. I do agree it can be a pain sometimes, but it's also something a customer agrees to when purchasing products at our store. At the end of the day, we all want to be happy at work, we want our customers to be happy purchasing from us, and we'll do anything (in our power) to make that happen.
