I couldn’t recommend Nathan and the team more highly. Nathan has a slightly different business model to what we had seen previously (ie wanted to be involved from the start with the design for a very small fee) and it worked SO well. I think the biggest thing for us is Nathan was really respectful of our budget and was able to provide informed advice about what would and wouldn’t work (and if our requests would fit within budget). Nathan kept us informed along the way and the fact we were able to move back in on time seemed unimaginable given Covid/flu/supply delays etc. We were really lucky to find Nathan and was honestly the first person we met that understood what we were hoping to achieve and worked with our budget to make sure the wish list was complete. Nathan was happy to listen to small requested changes through the reno) which I am sure was a nightmare for him, but he never made it feel like an inconvenience or annoyance. Everyone that Nathan recommended was a pleasure to deal with (drafts, engineers etc). Katherine was also really lovely to deal with and super responsive on emails.

Darren and I would like to thank Nathan and his team for their professionalism, excellent work and organisation during our West End apartment renovations in October-December 2019.Working in an apartment on the 11th floor did not deter Nathan. Even with additional rules such as the body corporate by-laws some of which included extra noise restrictions, lift access, skip access and location.Nathan, you have been such a gem to work with. You are logical, practical, professional, organised and a great communicator. Even when there were some issues out of your control, you remained calm in your communication to us, you had it under control and always followed up. Work done by NLH Constructions was a masterclass in carpentry and their attention to detail was amazing. Counldn't have been more pleased with the work and wish that I had this company from the outset of the renovation. Would recommend them to anyone who wishes to have the work on their to be well done.
