This spotlight is one of my favourites. Great range, helpful staff and always updating stock.You'll always find something you didn't know you needed

My local Spotlight but also a fantastic store and team.Stock levels are always great especially when sales are happening and by far the quickest click and collect service ever!!!Plenty of parking aswell and good location away from the busy traffic at Grand Plaza

Extensive range of materials, crafts and other Manchester and homewares.The VIP Club prices are good, but overall the prices are very high.However, it depends on the quality of the goods you want to buy. I usually get most of my craft materials from discount stores, and only buy specialty materials and equipment at Spotlight. The quality of the items is standard, but Spotlight has more variety in some cases. In some cases, as with specialty craft goods, it may be the only place to buy the item.It depends on what craft I am doing, but Spotlight have the best quality products, if you are willing to pay top dollar.I will say that I have found it an absolute nightmare as far as access for people with a disability to move around in the store SORRY,.but I really hate driving my scooter into the store, and the staff insist on my going around by myself. It's a very, very, very good thing that I am a very, very, very good driver!!!! It's a beautiful store and it's choc-a-block full of lovely items, but it is definitely NOT access friendly. As a person with a disability, I have to be honest and advocate the rights of people with disabilities. I can't leave the scooter anywhere, because it may be stolen. The last time I did, it had the previous bag stolen from the back of the scooter, frame and all!!That didn't happen at Spotlight, but it isn't advisable to leave my scooter. I drive my scooter as my main form of transportation. So,. unless I get taken to Spotlight, it is not very easy. I just thought I would mention it, because some people with disabilities do a lot of craft.

Rude woman on counter rather chat and gossip to other staff then even acknowledge customers grunted at you no hello, goodbye ,dreadful service. Was wearing Muslim attire. Not racist just like to be acknowledged

Staff are friendly and helpful in store. Plenty of parking. They've always had what I was needing in stock. I even call ahead sometimes to double check their stock, and the staff over phone manner is always polite, nice and helpful.
