Almost everything your looking for, the staff very friendly, knowledgeable about the store and very polite, love coming here and the sausage sandwich with onion brilliant

I Use this Bunnings store over all others, Parking is easy to find here, access is same, pricing is always very competitive. Staff are very helpful especially in the paint section. Have hired gyprock lift from hire desk here, trailer was supplied free, great service. Great selection of healthy plants at nursery. The whole shopping experience is pleasurable & without stress.

Closer to my local, i love how all the stores are set up the same way, makes it so easy when your in a hurry to go to that area and get what you need and get going again. Always heaps of parking and trolleys, im forever getting Choline which unfortunately the Singleton store doesn't have, but most of the other stores carry a good supply and with their helpful staff im able to get my SH and get to the next job. Great service and friendly staff always ready to help out in anyway they can.

James from the tool shop helped me find some Allen Keys. Went absolutely above and beyond.I’ve been in Newcastle for 4 weeks and have to say he provided the best customer service I have ever received in my life!

I searched their website, with Wallsend as my local store. After finding the items I was looking for, I drove to the store itself. When I got there, the staff told me they had never even seen the items I was looking for in the store, and after looking up the stock on a PDA, they couldn't find it, either.It's annoying that they mislead between their website and the actual shops, but at least the staff were helpful.

Never had a problem with Bunnings in my life always been super lucky with fantastic people to help but today my friends was a different storyBunnings Wallsend I asked for assistance in cutting some mesh of its roll from to ladies to deep in their own conversation to help said they would have someone page to help which they did so I waited 10 minutes go by aswell as 3 other employees 1 looked right at me and continued on her wayI continued to wait but after a further 5 minutes I called the front desk and informed them I’m still here needing assistance because as much as I would love to cut it myself I left my sheers at home they paged for assistance againAnother 10 goes by and still nothing there was to employees at the other end of my isle that were chit chatting whom both looked right at me and then stood there and continued to chat so I called the front desk and let the young lad know they unfortunately I have asked for help this will be my third time now and I’m still waitingAnother 5 or so go by and finally a young man shows up and he didn’t even speak past asking me which one I want cut and how muchBeyond shocked with the service I honestly expected more from a bunnings

It’s a Bunnings. They have tools and hardware and timber and plants and patio furniture. Like every other Bunnings. The people are helpful and polite. It’s easy to get to.
