I ordered a balloon in a box and some alcohol and chocolates as a congrats gift for my sister.I am based in Ireland so I am conscious of the time difference etc if there are problems with the order or difficulty with delivery.However, there was no need to be concerned. There was a tiny issue with the delivery but the company rectified the problem and the order was successfully delivered!The customer service was outstanding.The presentation of the gift was so cute (the little balloons on the lid was a very nice touch) and my sister was thrilled!I will definitely use the company again and I would highly recommend them for overseas people looking to surprise a loved one abroad.

Placed an order the night before and there were no dramas with having it delivered the next day.100% satisfied with how the bouquet came together.Website is easy to use and it is very reasonably priced.

My friend organised this for me and it typically was high but we pulled it down when we had our photos …..I loved it! The balloon and design were perfect ……a few days shy of four weeks the balloon is still floating …..about shoulder height now…..amazing, highly recommend!!!!

Exceeded my expectations, my daughter was excited with her birthday surprise balloon arrangement. Quickly and efficiently delivered with no issues. The owner gave me step by step instructions on how to prolong the life of the arrangement and 10 days later they are still going strong. My colleague organised a gender reveal balloon on my behalf and had it delivered to work about a month ago. When it arrived, there was a blue piece of confetti on the bag it was delivered in. Needless to say my surprise and special occasion was completely ruined. I understand these things happen and I would not usually leave a google review as I know how damaging to a company they can be however my colleague emailed to complain about the experience and has never received a response. No apology or refund. Very poor.Furthermore, roughly a month prior to our gender reveal, my Mum organised some balloons for my engagement dinner to be delivered to Mister Walker. The personalised balloon was to read 'Danelle & Lee's engagement' however it read 'Danelle & Leo's engagement'. We managed to find the humour in this and did not email a complaint through.I'm extremely disappointed with not only the lack of attention to detail, but also the fact my colleague did not receive a response to her email. Unfortunately I will no longer use Funky Balloons nor recommend them.

Went in there today looking for some suggestions for my 50th birthday and was told to come back during the week if I wanted something special, as I work full time this was not possible the girls didn’t really care or offer me any further assistance. I only live around the corner was hoping to support a local business

Ordered 100 helium balloons to be delivered in a CBD hotel. We are over the moon with the outcome. Highly recommend Funky Balloons. Easy to communicate with. Highly professional. I placed three helium balloon orders for our three parties within a month and they were all fantastic! The balloons lasted for weeks and their staff are really friendly and helpful. Will never buy balloons elsewhere again.
