We had engaged Biggin & Scott for leasing our property. Right from the get go, we found Kyra (Head of leasing) to be very responsive. She is very personable and someone who genuinely cares to ensure all parties concerned (landlord and tenants) are considered in all decisions.She was always thinking on her feet and brought a wealth of knowledge and experience about the market for the specific suburb and type of house to adjust the marketing campaign, material, presenting the home and pricing according to market conditions. This would not have been possible without her valuable experience and understanding of the market.We found Kyra to be very approachable. She always kept us in the loop and provided status updates proactively.She had gone above and beyond in organising multiple inspections every week to ensure a good number of prospective tenants had an opportunity to visit the property.We are delighted to have engaged Kyra and Biggin & Scott as the property manager and have no reservation in recommending them highly.

where do I start... I have had a leak in the roof in 2 spots since Feb second. It is now March 28th and I now have 3 leaks in the roof, confirmed mould growing in multiple spots in the home and now 2 shower heads that are broken.Ann has been managing the property and on one occasion she came to the home without even informing me looking angry on her face and telling me she sent me notice, which she did not. Instead of apologising she made fake claims that she had send the notice - I asked for proof which she could not provide because it did not exist.Back to the leaking and mould in the roof. They have send 2 people out to provide quotes and nothing has happened since then and I have had to live with the dire conditions of the property.When I asked is someone else can follow up on my concerns because Ann doesn't seem to care they just tell me she is busy and out and will get back to me later.

I have had nothing but great experiences with BigginScott. They reply promptly to my messages and anything that I need fixed or looked at is done very quickly and with no hassle. I would highly recommend.

I have been with Biggin Scott Maribyrnong for about 8-10 years as a landlord. During this time, there were times that I was considering changing management because the service that I'd received was not as good as I liked. (The only reason why I did not move was the other agency I'd contacted did not get back to me.) However, since Kyra Burke started managing my property, I have nothing but praise for her. She has been very responsive, informative, helpful, and thorough in her work. She has been very prompt in her replies and follow up. I believe that she has been very respectful to my tenants as well. I know that the turnover rate in property management is quite high so I am hoping that she will continue her work at Biggin Scott at Maribyrnong.
