In the three years that I have engaged with Peaceful Mind, my mental health and outlook on the future have improved dramatically. The care, compassion and skill that Meg showed throughout our sessions helped me navigate some of the biggest challenges in my life so far. For anyone considering reaching out for help, who may be hesitant or fearful of judgement, I cannot advocate enough for Peaceful mind to help you on the next stage of your journey. The care and consideration they show in an overworked and underfunded industry is unmatched. Thank you peaceful mind and more so, thank you Meg, you have truly been a bright light in dark times.

The team at Peaceful mind are super lovely and helpful! I cannot recommend Taash from peaceful mind enough, she is simply amazing. She is so approachable, compassionate and understanding and certainly SO good at what she does. I am still only a small way into my wellness journey but Taash has been so supportive and has really advocated for me and has helped & guided me to take some really big steps. Her kindness, humour and genuine nature make her one of the best professionals in this field.
