When it comes to car battery these guys are the best! Highly recommend going to them for their professionalism and great customer service.. I had an issue with my battery where I kept jump starting the van.. I brought the van to them and they checked the battery health .. the battery is located at a very very inconvenient spot to take out and check.. but they did it without any complaints.. surprisingly the battery in the van was at a “very good” condition and they recommended me to go to my local mechanic to check other faults..Battery world checked all the terminals as well they then reinstalled the battery and did not charge me a cent!

Process was very easy. Very good customer service and John provided great advice for our company truck which needed its batteries replaced. Installation was done as quick as ordering a coffee at the cafe around the corner.

Great product and fantastic customer service. However it is a shame your Volt Membership program includes a 10 percent discount upon signing up, but when I purchased my new battery with Platinum fitment & warranty, no discount was applied and ended up paying full price. What a joke!

Price was fair, free installation & was done within minutes. The store person who helped me Gil was very friendly & helpful. Gil had great customer service skills, he wasn't pushy & offered me a few options on my battery purchase. I will definitely be returning for any future purchases.
