Discovered a 20 year old VHS with precious memories that I thought was lost to time. The RetroMedia team cleaned and converted it so now I have it on USB and Cloud for safe storage and long term memories. Highly recommend!

Helpful & practical advice from Peter & after receiving my USB I could share special times with everyone. I recently had a collection of my home movies converted to digital media off VHS and Hi 8 tapes The service from Retro Media was out standing, I was kept up today with the process and was consulted of extra work that needed doing to the tapes (mould cleaning) so no surprise fees at the end. It was very well priced to get the tapes done, and one of the cheaper places I found without compromising the quality of work. The tapes were restored that well it was just as I remember watching them as a child 20 plus years a go. Absolutely loved reliving the memories, thanks heaps guys I thought they would be lost forever.

My mother has been wanting to get her slide photos done for about 30years now. I drove past this place, took her in for a chat, and they ease her mind with how professional they look after the photos as understandably she was worried about handing over precious memories. I have three 50 year old reel to reel tapes that I thought would be too old and probably too degraded to retrieve and save in digital format. After reading the positive reviews and speaking with Pete at Retro Media, I sent the reels to him hoping something could be salvaged from the reels.As I sit here listening to the recordings for the second time I am still amazed they were able to retrieve all the audio, and with such high quality and clarity. It is wonderful hearing my grandfather speak of his life in the 1930's.I cant express how grateful I am to the team at Retro Media for the wonderful job they have done salvaging and preserving some wonderful family history for future generations.
