Ladies working on the counter were so friendly beginning from the phone reservation. My sister and I did the hydrodermabrasion at the sale price and it was so worth it! Eliana answered all my questions and was super informative! Will definitely be back for more treatments!

You have one of the best nurse practitioners there. Past ones were way too young with lack of experience. Perhaps to retain yr staff and make clientele come back you should be paying her more for all the care she gives and attention to detail. There are many slaons around that offer same but I come back for the lively nurse I always have, so perhaps consider how you will retain these valuable people as if I come back there with a very young inexperienced nurse I will certainly will consider not coming back....

So refreshing to have treatment with professionals that are knowledgeable, caring and attentive. After explaining that I was on medication, the therapists took every step to investigate the drug I was on and confirm that I was able to recommence treatment. They do such a great job and my results have been outstanding. I personally see the senior nurse there for injectables, I also receive permanent hair removal and regular facial treatments. I like to be treated at the one clinic so the therapists are able to combine my treatments accordingly. I now recommend ELC Top Ryde to all my friends and family.

I’ve been to so many different laser clinics and have had treatments done by many different staff but I had the best experience with Brenda at Top Ryde clinic.Brenda at Top Ryde was so patient, took really good care of me and was so precise with the treatment. She really took time to understand what I wanted and exceeded my expectations.I’d give 10 stars if I could.

At Evolution Laser Clinic Top Ryde , The staff are Highly trained, Knowledgeable and have the skills that is required. Ellen who is the manager is always seen at the front & in treatment rooms making sure everything is running smoothly and all concerns are attended to .I have been going there for the last 4years and never had a issue .Also the amazing thing is that they are constantly sending me reminders for my future scheduled appointments, Reminders to shave 1-2 days prior which is great as i constantly forget to, They also Remind me that if i need to cancel or reschedule to give them 24hrs notice just so they have enough time to book someone else in that slot, They also inform me How far apart my appointments should be , and when to or not to treat if i do or don't have hair growth.When it comes to skin treatments & products, they have it all for all skin concerns and conditions ... You should go in and try it for yourself .Hope your experience was great as mine was. You will not regret it.
